S&S Swan. A Legend

Dear S&S Swan Association Members and Friends,

in 11 days we'll finally unveil our book, and I can't say you how excited I am!

I have been working on this publication for 10 years, and I am proud and happy to have had on my side and working with me a few exceptional friends, among them a special tribute goes to Juan Corradi, Luca Ferron, Daniele Fua', Pekka Koskenkyla, Leif Ramm-Schmidt, Lars Strom and Matti Waris.

Hard cover, 23,5 x 31 cm, 388 pages, 109 original drawings (the lines are here published for the very first time!), 73 photographs, all the original names of our S&S Swan, a deep description of the reason why these are absolutely the best production boats ever designed and built.

I am even proud to let you know Pekka Koskenkyla, some Nautor's Swan people and the staff from Sparkman&Stephens, Inc., will be at the presentation, so, please feel free to join us for the big party!

November 17th, 2016,6,30 pm,  Via San Damiano, 2 - Milan - Italy

Fair winds and a big thanks to you all!

Congratulations Matteo on this historic mile stone for the S&S Swan Association.

I look forward to getting my copy that I have reserved on-line.

What a great way to celebrate and recognize our incredible boats!

Olin would be proud.

Regards,

Hiro

Matteo:

I second what Hiro wrote entirely.  I only wish I could be there for the celebration.

Thank you Matteo and everyone who worked to bring this into being.  I look forward to getting this great volume!

Best wishes,

Geoff

Dear Matteo,

thank you for the great book and the hospitable presentation party at your gallery!

The book really is, as Lars described, a unique piece of art containing interesting technical information.

Dear Friends,

over the last ten days we have received more order for the book than expected, so, I want to apologize if shipping was and is not as fast as expected, we should be more quick in the future.

We have even simplified the purchase method, so now you can easily click on the above logo Sparkman & Stephens. A Legend and you will be immediately transferred to the "buy" website page

Thanks for your patience!

Fair winds!

Dear Matteo

I received my copy yesterday, I would say that 1 week International Shipping to California is pretty good!

Dear Matteo,

what a great gift to all aficionados! Thank you very much for all your time and passion you put into this book! It's a real sailor's book: you read about the known and are looking for the unknown. What a comprehensive collection of details about our beloved yachts!

Thank you so much!

Dear All,

THANK YOU, but please do not forget this is a great team production and not just mine!

There are not only the direct Contributors who actually wrote chapters, but even the Photographers, Artist, and Friends who helped with suggestions, ideas and so on. And  Saverio, who dealt with the printing and is now patiently in charge with the distribution!

Last but not least all the support from you, Members and Friends!
