Info request on performance of Swan 37 with folding propeller We sail Croix du Cygne currently with a 33cm 3 blade fixed propeller. Considering a folding one but the investment is as such that I seek experience based advise on what type ( I feel maxprop like is the best but also a bit on the high price side of the spectrum..) . A proper reverse response as well as reliability are most important to me. Looking forward to learn |

Dear Arnoud, we sail our Swan 37 Tarot, with a maxprop since 20 years, with great satisfaction! As well forward or backward sailing under engine goes really well and for sure the folded propellor gives us smooth sailing.
