Hull respray

Being new to this forum first a big hello to fellow Swan owners, and second a small apology, mines a 441!  That said, looking through the threads we share a number of similar problems.  Mostly it would appear because of the relative age of our boats.  Whilst ours is a Ron Holland I hope to be able to contribute to this forum.  (I could certainly pass on some words on B&G upgrades!)

My question is this; we could really do with a hull respary, but where to have it done?  She is UK south coast based. I have some prices from the main yards here, and whilst thye are consistent they appear to be high, although I have seen the quality of their work and it is good.

Before I commit myself I just want to convince myself that I am getting a fair price.  So any recommendations/advice gratefully received.
