Swan 38 Deck fittings, blocks and anodising

Dear All

My teak deck replacement (Splash 38/108) deck is nearing completion, so it is time to put back all the deck fittings etc but somone (!) forgot to use the Winter months to get them re-anodised / refurbished.  As time is running short is there anywhere I can buy the fittings as per the attached photo and also deck prism to fit?

I would aslo like to replace rather than service the genoa blocks - can these still be sourced new?

Regards,

Patrick Lund

Dear Patrick

you can get the aluminum fittings in 316 stainless steel instead of re-anodizing them, you can even ask spare parts dept at Nautor new hardware, but suspect they are cheaper custom made by a goog craftmanship. The diesel and water caps should be re-chromed (not anodized).

Hi Matteo - thank you again.  Do you have a number & contact for the spare parts department at Nautor?

PS: the deck looks pretty good although we have currently got the foredeck hatch frame too high off the deck (see photo) so lowering it - will get there eventually!

Best  regards

Patrick

Dear Patrick,

will send them later tonight (I've got them on my home computer).

Teack deck looks a really well done job! If you want to send me some more and detailed photos, I would love to add them on the MAINTENANCE section of classicswan website.

many thanks, and Fair Wind!
