S&S Swan Maintenance - Swan 44 waterline

Swan 44 waterline Are any 44 owners able to check waterline height relative to the trim screws? S&S drawing states 12inches, but on my boat it looks like the real number based on photos I have will be more like 9inches (about 225 mm)or so. Does this sound right? The boat is too light right now to put in the water to check. Thanks TonyH 44/04 Hatha
