Swan 37 tankage Hello Again, Sorry to post so many questions but we really do appreciate the advice on this forum, its a great help. Yesterday I went to the boat with the plan to remove the fuel tank. I had a quick look and it seemed to be glassed into the boat. Its under the cockpit which I believe to be the correct position but didnt look removable in anyway. THere is an inspection hatch on the top which I could remove to clean it which was my reason for taking it out of hte boat in the first place. If I remove this hatch does it seal back on with a gasket or a sikaflex type product? Also I was wondering about how the freshwater tanks are supposed to be. At the moment we have some plastimo soft bladders on the starboard side under the bunk. Does anyone know what was the system originally? Thanks Fletch Swan 37#55 |
