Shower on a 37

Hey guys,

I was messing around with the seacocks the other day and I don't know where the shower drains to. The head lining and all the bits look original so I have no reason to believe its been changed but I cant find where the floor pan would drain to.
Any one know the normal setup for a 37

Thanks

Fletch

Fletch:On the 411, the shower pan (and basin in the head) drain into a pan which you have to pump overboard manually. The pump is right there on the starboard hull liner just aft of the head itself. I don't know if your boat is the same - but it could be.

Dear Fletch
The original set up drained to the bilge. Pour a cup of water into the pan and see if it ends up under the floorboards. If you use the shower frequently it would be advisable to drain the water into a plastic jerrycan.
