Maxprop pitch calculation

I'm trying to figure out the right pitch for following setup on Swan 41:

Engine

Craftsman CM4.42

Power 30,9 kW / 42 hp

Max. Engine Speed 3.000 rpm

Gearbox

TCM60  ratio 2.65

Prop:

Maxprop Easy, Four blade, 17inch

Dear V-V

Your setup requires a fairly big pitch, more than the 24 degrees given in the Easy manual. Would like to ask if you can give the actual propeller diameter measured to the nearest millimeter?
Kind regards
Lars

Hi Professor

Seems that I had made error while writing the reduction ration. The correct ratio is 2.

Engine

Craftsman CM4.42

Power 30,9 kW / 42 hp

Max. Engine Speed 3.000 rpm

Gearbox

TMC60  ratio 2

Prop:

Maxprop Easy, Four blade, 17inch

unfortunately I dont't have that more exact than inches.

Dear V-V

With reduction ratio 2.0 the recommended pitch angle is 18 degrees.
Let me know how it works out. Full throttle rpm and speed would be of interest.
Kind regards
Lars
