Winch genoa replace My boat 411/007 stars a deck and complete refit this month, ones is replace the old manual 55 Lewmar winch by winch self tailing, since now I use posterior 44 winch. I would know what size of winch install instead for genoa, 55 or superior? Thanks for some advice. José Manuel |

Dear José The standard genoa winch size for the 411 was Lewmar 55, but it appears this size is not available any more, and has been replaced by Lewmar 58, giving slightly more power. Check if this size is available in your area.
Assume your winch drums are either of black aluminium, or chromed bronze, and you may want to have the same look for all of them. The chromed bronze lasts longer.
Kind regards
Lars
