Swan 44 Mast RAL

I own hull 037 Swan 44 S&S. I am removing some corrosion from the mast and want to color match the original swan paint - when I repaint. Does anyone know the RAL of the paint used on the mast by nautor? She was build in 72.

original Nautor mast were NOT painted but anodized.

Your painted mast has probably been paitned by a previous owner, so you could contact him in order to know which brand/code of painting has been used, if he kept record of this data.

If you are painting it with Awlgrip products (which is the one used by most people, even because its good quality) be careful AwlCraft 2000 could be repaired anytime, but it's quite delicate and unless you want to make small reparations every year or so, it's in my opinion to be avoided, instead Awlgrip Topcoat is very strong, but to repair it is very difficult, and you are likely to spot reparation quite easily.

One of the most common colours (for masts) is OffWhite (Awlgrip/awlCraft):
