Toerail padeye

Anyone know who makes these or where I can get some?

Hy Sweyn,

as most of the deck (and not only on deck) hardware on S&S Swan, these too were specifically made by Nautor for their toerail (also made in house).

It will be quite easy for a stainless steel shop build new ones, they are very simple<, anyway they are indestructible, why do you need new ones?

Sadly, these are on a friends 44, not mine. Very useful though.

Hi Sweyn,

We use soft shekels on the toerail on Kairos. Admittedly not quite as stylish nor original but  we never had these clamp-on padeys.

The soft shekels are working well for us and are very gentle on the aluminium toerail.

Fair winds,

Stefan

Thanks, I was wondering about exactly that. Do the toerails hurt the soft shackles?

Dear Sweyn,

I think it would be very easy to build new ones for a stainless steel shop, it could be a little more difficult to build the inside plastic sliding part, if you need exact measurment, please let me know.
