2026, 13th-19th June 700nm non-stop Baltic Regatta

Hi All

Just wondered if any of you are contemplating participation in the inaugural 'Tanis von der Mosel Race' (very catchy name indeed!) of Kieler Yacht Club (KYC) in the Baltic this year?

The TvdM Race is a non-stop regatta of approximately 700 nm in the Western Baltic, around most of the Danish islands including Bornholm. https://www.tanis-vondermosel-race.de/ and also on https://manage2sail.com/en-US/event/tanisvondermoselrace2026#!/entries?classId=829d7ff8-818b-40ac-a4fe-715bb712ece3

After participating with Kairos in the 2024 MidsummerSail (900 nm), I cleary didn't run fast enough and was talked into the TvdM Race by another student crew of our Club,  hence we have recently signed up with Kairos ;-)

Would be great to maybe see some other S&S Swan participants but appreciate it's not everybody's cup of tea (not even sure it is mine ;-)) and the date right before the Kiel Sailing Week tends to make moring in Kiel a little challenge.

Fair winds,

Stefan
