Electric Blake toilet?

Dear Friends,

I have seen on a photograph a balke toilet that seems to have an electric "engine". Does anyone knows if it is possible to make a conversion by adding a kit or similar. Perhaps it is unworthy to have thought like this about the neverable Blake toilet. However, I am just curious.

Hereunder is the photograph in question. Thank you for illuminating me.

Philippe,
I am sorry but from the picture the only part that slightly resembles a Blakes toilet is the lid. Beside the ugly bottom machinery which is far from any resemblance, few particulars show that not even the bowl is a classical Blakes.
Do you indeed have information that the Blakes logo is somewhere in the toilet shown in the picture?

Daniel,

Thank you for your insight. I am probably wrong. I thought that the logo on the top of the toilet is/was a Blake. Obviously, it is not. I do not have any other information.

From another point of view, and apart from this ugly picture ( I am sorry about that) it could be interesting to know if there are Blake eclectric.

Cheers

Dear Philippe and Daniel,

this is definetly not a Blake, but an Italian made Orvea. It is quite a good stuff, mostly used on classic boats (like Sangermani, Carlini etc.), very heavy and expensive as a Blake!

Fair wind!

Philippe,
as far as I know there is no electrical toilet branded Blakes coherently with the aim at not varying their old traditional production. Blakes merged several years ago with Lavac which, instead, makes toilets which can be flushed by an electric pump.

As good, reliable, and expensive and/but with a modern look.

Daniel and Matteo

Thank you for your insight. Now I know better. Just for the record, I have no intention of changing my two excellent Blakes!
