Swan Lake has been on the hard at JBY since the spring of 2017, when the decision was made to remove the keel and begin a keel-up refit.  An enormous amount of effort has gone into refitting the hull and the connecting structure of the keel to the hull, as well as to other systems on the boat.  Swan Lake has been substantially replumbed with marine grade pex tubing and new heads and myriad other items throughout.  The teak deck, 135 HP Volvo-Penta engine and 10KW Westerbeke generator are all in excellent shape.  The standing rigging and the main saloon and head cabinetry need to be reinstalled.  Everything for the boat is onsite, excepting the cushions, which art stored safely at a garage in Cape Cod.  The refit process just needs to be finished.  Hundreds of photos and videos available upon request.  This is a great project and opportunity for someone looking to own one of the best blue water sailboats ever built.  While I regret the decision to sell the boat, the reality is I live in Utah and have moved on to other interests and hobbies (e.g., restoring and maintaining a collection of vintage Norton Commando motorcycles).  $75K OBO.
